Episode 1: Enchiladas



  • 2 cans Enchilada Sauce
  • 1 can green chile
  • 1 bag cheddar cheese
  • ~2 lbs ground beef
  • vegetable oil
  • tortillas


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Heat oil in frying pan. Brown ground beef (medium to high heat).
  3. Add green chile and 1 can Enchilada sauce. Mix.
  4. Add small amount of cheese. Don’t mix too much.
  5. Turn off heat. Let the mixture cool a little bit, then add a good portion onto tortilla.
  6. Roll up tortilla and lay it onto greased rectangular pan. Repeat.
  7. Pour Enchilada sauce on top of tortillas. Add cheese.
  8. Bake in oven for 30 to 40 minutes.
